Froggies Soft Play Building Rules

Upon entering Froggies Soft Play Building, you accept the following risks and will adhere to the rules listed below

• ONLY FOOD AND DRINK PURCHASED AT KNOCKHATCH ADVENTURE PARK MAY BE CONSUMED IN FROGGIES SOFT PLAY BUILDING.
• Your own food and drink may be consumed in the Cannon Arena, Lost World Playbarn, Froggies Picnic Lean To, Tommy Tractor Playbarn or the Picnic Barn next to the Burger Bar.
• Any provable dietary requirements that Knockhatch catering outlets cannot cater for will be allowed. Please seek advice and consent first from the Froggies staff.
• Baby food and sports water bottles are permitted.
• If you have been around animals remember to wash your hands before eating.
• Keep the play area clean and tidy by putting all rubbish in the bins provided once you have finished with your table.
• Remove shoes filled with sand or woodchips before entering the building and you must remove your shoes before entering the play areas. Socks should be worn.
• Farm food cups are not permitted in the building. Please discard them before entering.
• All of the individual play area rules must be adhered too.
• No running.
• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• Abusive behaviour towards our staff or other Knockhatch customers will not be tolerated.
• You are responsible for all your personal items. Knockhatch Adventure Park will not be held responsible for anything that is lost, stolen or damaged.
• The staff at Knockhatch Adventure Park reserve the right to refuse admission if they see fit to do so and if any of these rules are broken, you may have your day ticket/annual pass removed and be asked to leave the Park with no refund given.

General Play Area Rules

Upon entering the play areas, you accept the following risks and will adhere to the rules listed below

• Parents/Guardians must supervise children at all times whilst using the play facility and make sure children are within the correct age group for each play area.
• No running within the play areas.
• Remove all shoes before entering the play areas, socks must be worn at all times.
• No food or drink within the play areas.
• No glassware within the play areas.
• Children wearing glasses or contact lenses should take particular care.
• No throwing of playpen balls.
• No climbing on the outside netting on the play areas.
• Arms and legs should be covered in the play areas.
• Please remove all jewellery, badges and other sharp objects.
• Children who feel unwell should not enter the play areas.
• Abusive behaviour towards our staff or other Knockhatch customers will not be tolerated.
• You are responsible for all your personal items. Knockhatch Adventure Park will not be held responsible for anything that is lost, stolen or damaged.

• Knockhatch Adventure Park reserves the right to close an amenity, toilet, ride, kiosk, animal enclosure or show without prior notice for the purposes of maintenance or staff training. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.

WHILST WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THIS BUILDING AND THE PLAY AREAS AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE, THE VERY NATURE OF PLAY ACTIVITY MEANS THAT ACCIDENTS CAN OCCASIONALLY HAPPEN. KNOCKHATCH ADVENTURE PARK THEREFORE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY CAUSED WHILST IN THIS BUILDING OR IN THE PLAY AREAS.
