Attraction Rules

Upon entering this attraction, you accept the following risks and will adhere to the rules listed below

• The Sherlock Holmes Experience is rated 12A. It is the Parent/Guardians responsibility to read the rules and decide if suitable for under 12 year olds.
• Under 17s must be accompanied by an adult.
• This is a dark, claustrophobic, loud and has sudden motion controlled effects. If you suffer from any of the following please do not enter: heart disease, bad back or neck, epilepsy etc... or any other condition that may be affected.
• Enter the experience very carefully and mind your step as you walk through the streets, locations and buildings
• Please stay with you group and do not double back on the route.
• Please do not touch the props in the experience.
• While the door is closing or opening keep arms to your side.
• Do not touch the actors, they will not touch you.
• Knockhatch Adventure Park takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items.
• In an emergency head to towards the fire escapes by following the exit signs.
• Exit the experience carefully and mind the steps on the way out.
• No running, no smoking, no flash photography, no food and drink.
• This Experience may bring out the inner Sherlock in you.
• The staff at Knockhatch Adventure Park have the right to refuse access if they see fit to do so.

KNOCKHATCH ADVENTURE PARK CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURY CAUSED WHILST PARTICPATING IN THE EXPERIENCE ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES WILL HAVE THEIR EXPERIENCE TERMINATED AND MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.
